As a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and Owner of the company, Kathi Jones offers installation, set up, training and troubleshooting of QuickBooks products. Kathi is an MBA and comes to St Augustine with a Project Management background and is a trained Project Manager and Facilitator. Pro Advisors purchase QuickBooks products at a discounted rate; Kathi offers this discount to her customers. Bookkeeping is targeted at small businesses that do not need a full time bookkeeper.
Michele has been a St Augustine resident all her life and has run her own bookkeeping business. EBS considers itself fortunate that she joined forces with us. Michele has provided accounting services to many not-for-profit accounts and has worked for the State of Florida. Her knowledge of regulatory issues has saved many customers fines and penalties. She also enjoys research and development to correct customer issues. Michele is familiar with several accounting programs in addition to QuickBooks, making her comfortable and flexible with your office systems. She also utilizes her experience with office equipment if that is an issue in your workspace.
Bonnie is our newest employee, a college student, trained on QuickBooks with prior experience in scheduling, and front office work. She offers fresh ideas and organizational skills.

Essential Business Services (EBS) currently has three employees along with the owner. Since the concern for security and fraud is ever present, EBS employees have a criminal background check performed as part of the application process and all references are checked. EBS is licensed and insured, giving our customers peace of mind. All employees go through the QuickBooks training program on CD prior to specific training on the job so everyone has the same prior knowledge. All employees read and sign a confidentiality agreement prior to working with customers.
